A Special Evening of Dark Chocolate Tasting!
David Siegel, chocolate impresario and founder of www.WowCacao.com, will take us on a 90-minute tasting tour of the world of high-end chocolate. As we savor the best chocolate on earth, he'll explain about the various species of cacao (the stuff chocolate is made of), where it is grown, and how it goes from bean to bar. You'll learn a lot, you'll taste the finest chocolate in the world, and you'll leave saying "I never knew there was so much to know about chocolate!" Unfortunately, you'll then be addicted to high-end chocolate, which will cause you to spend all your hard-earned money on chocolate rather than other things like rent, food, and taxes.

Location: Irish Rogue - 44th street between 8th & 9th Aves. We'll be upstairs in their private, very cool lounge - all to ourselves!
Please eat dinner before coming to this event! If you arrive hungry, the caffeine and theobomine in the dark chocolate will simply make you more jumpy and irritable than usual.
After the tasting, you'll be able to purchase David's amazing chocolate, which is really a gift for donating to his favorite charity, WaterAid (www.wateraid.org).
Price: $25 in advance or $30 at the event. Includes one free drink, all the chocolate you can taste, more information than you can handle, and a full evening of fun with The Lunch Club!
