A few months ago I went on a gallery walk on 24th Street in Chelsea--since you switched the format of this website, I am wondering how I now find out if he is still leading these walks once a month. Cheryl

There is a gallery walk every month, hosted by the director of NY Gallery Tours. Me and a bunch of friends will be going to the one on Sat. April 17th. If you are interested in going, let me know. Their website is www.nygallerytours.com (http://www.nygallerytours.com). Their site contains the schedule and location to meet and sign up.

Thanx for the info Marilyn J.
I just put the tour on my calendar
Saturday, Apr. 17 2:00 PM - Chelsea tour 526 W. 26th St.
I don't know very much about art, but I enjoy looking at different art forms.
This sounds like a good opportunity to learn more. I totally enjoyed getting
lost in the Louvre for a few hours the last time I was in France.

Same here, I don't know anything about art, but I always find myself amazed when looking at certain type of paintings in the museums. I look it up on the web, it says it is called Abstract Impressionism.
It's good to know there is actually guided tours. I'll go check it out on the 17th.
