Tricia0618,

I know this must be an uncomfortable time, but not to worry. Without even looking at your resume, You have advantages that should not be overlooked.

- You have a plethora of business experience that many employers are desperately seeking. Keep in mind many more much older, seasoned people are retiring these days. Companies need to bring more people in your age group.

- You have technical skills both computer and internet savvy that is still in short supply, relatively speaking.

- You have already experienced a company take over, which in and of itself provides you with a skill set to assist other transitional companies cope. You can provide ideas they can benefit from.

All of the advantages above combined with all your other skills are an asset to any company, provided your resume packages your skill set accordingly to market what you have to offer.

Feel free to send me a copy of your resume, if you require it to be "tuned up".
