It is that time of the year to take out your 2-piece (sunglasses and beach sandals) from your closet. :) Forget all about Waist Watchers...anyway, whatever size you are in, it would be great to have you join the fun!
How to Distinguish the group:
1. Let us meet by the beach at E. Banks St. and North Lakeshore Drive.
2. Please wear green so we can easily be seen from afar as tons of people would definitely be by the beach.
3. I will tie a yellow gold string at the left hand of every attendees to make a distinction.
4. I will make a banner which says "Lorii's party". Sorry, can't just put a particular group name as I am inviting people from different groups/org.
5. You can email me at asiacalling168@yahoo.com and I would provide you would my contact number.

The Chicago Air and Water Show shakes up the lakefront August 20, 2006 for the largest FREE show of it's kind in the United States. This year the U.S. Navy Blue Angels and U.S. Army Parachute Team Golden Knights will headline the Chicago Air and Water Show along the lakefront from Fullerton to Oak Street, with North Avenue Beach as the focal point. The water show begins at 9 a.m. and air show runs from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. both days.
Strong in tradition and one of the world's premier aviation events, the show also includes a wide array of military and civilian acts. Not to be missed, the Shell Extreme Water Show is sure to amaze the masses with the hottest pro freestyle tour on the water. This extreme sporting event features some of the world's finest wave riders competing for the "coolest move" and the "best wipe-out".
The Mayor's Office of Special Events encourages taking public transportation to all lakefront festivals and events.
