Considering I live in Jersey, I'll certainly try to make this one. It's a bit of a pain since I don't have a car, but not impossible to do. I'll see if I can recruit some friends to tag along :)

We need more Jersey events. Yeah, the NYers might think that it's a pain to do anything in Jersey, but I noticed when I first moved to this area that most of the people that I met in North Jersey were former NYers, so I guess they were the brave souls willing to explore all that Jersey has to offer.
My point is this...even those who don't have cars can still enjoy Jersey with those who do have cars. We (the lunch club) could still enjoy all the restaurants in Jersey and so some exploring.
I brought a friend with me to the brunch and she's from Texas. She always goes driving without knowing how to get around. That's life's about, taking chances and seeing there is to see.
If NYers can take a bus from Port Authority out to Ikea in Elizabeth, NJ, then surely they can take a bus to eat & make some new friends.
Come on, broaden your horizons!
