I can make pizza

Back in high-school, I was a pizza man. So I know how to make the dough, open it up without a rolling pin, smack it around and throw it up in the air, put it on the board and swirl the sauce around, sprinkling the cheese on top. I'd slide it ever so carefully into the huge oven without burning myself. Well, I burned myself a bunch of times...

Anyway, I would be psyched to teach a group how to do this! I am actually pretty good at it. Just need to find a place that is willing to let us use their facilities....

I'm a pizza pro myself. I practically grew up in my parents Pizzaria. Let me know if you need any assistance with the demo. I know plenty of other Italian dishes as well. Don't know any places that'll give us a kitchen to use.

I can make just about any pasta, meat, or fish dish. I also know quite a few different desserts. I also went to culinary school....I've got the skills.
