Saturday: Riverside Park - Public Arts tour! (7/8)
We'll be visiting Riverside park & the Studio in the Park program - lots of neat art on display!

Where: Meet at 72nd St & Broadway, south east corner, right in front of Gray's Papaya!

Even though I wasn't at all in love with the public art displays I did have a great time. I think we learn something from seeing bad art. Time well spent. Company was great and the Hudson Park really not bad at all...would go again.

I agree. Going to Riverside Park was a treat in itself. We had beautiful weather and everyone was able to meet a new friend. I would definately go back for kayaking or even a picnic.

Bad art? Kayaking? Picnics by the river? An ex-president's grave? Not a bad way to spend a summer day...Nice company and good musings on public art.
