Nutrilite vitamins are absolutely the best on earth. All natural organically grown.
I can't get through day without my Double-X multi vitamins and minerals.
If I miss a day of taking them, my body feels run down very quickly.
I understand the Nutrilite farms import Japanese worms to better irrigate the soil for greatly improving the potency of the plant nutrients. American worms burrrow horizontally. Japanese worms burrow vertically. Go figure . . .
I love em !!

Hey
I have tried an array of multi-v/multi-minerals and if you are physically active, I highly recommend AST MV/MM. The BEST!!!! It might be too much for someone who is not active though. Read the label. Check out
www.netrition.com. You can only get it here.

Hey guys - beautiful gals ;)
You'll want to be careful with the fat soluble vitamins - like A and E - those are stored in bodyfat and you can toxicute yourself on high doses if youre not vitamin savvy -
Ive been taking Natrol My Favorite Multiple without Iron sku 4746900428
Im a guy and eat plenty of veggies, bread, cereals to cover Iron - studies have shown that high iron diets are not good for men (opposite of women) - I like it cause its one of the few multis that has 15mg zinc 200mcg selenium and rational doses of everything else. No magnesium though so that wouls be separate - very cheap though. I also take Ester C 250 mg separately cause it has bioflavonoids, is buffered and "gentle on the stomach" and taking large doses - in my opinon - is like peeing your money away... Same goes with the B's I would never go over 50mg for most of those I think its overkill though store employees will probably tell you it cant hurt....
If youre daily life is stressful tack on another 400IU of E a day and eat a banana a day for potassium - lots of people dont enough fruit or vegetables and that prevents all the money spent on vitamins from being distributed to the cells.
I go to vitacost.com and get SUPER deals - no tax for me - I buy for the year and Im set. I learned most of this stuff from my father whos a nutrition nutcase - but I think Ive struck the balance.... What do you think? :)
