I think they build these things expecting that people won't use them!! PIECE OF CRAP!

Jared and whomever is reading this,

The companies selling these machines are in it for the $$$ just like any company. But if you do contact the company, I hope your machine is within warranty. I have bought fitness equipment that had 30 days warranty and it broke on the 31st day! How convenient.

Anyway, why dont you:
1. write to the company & complain. Companies file these.
2. say you own this site and is populated by thousands of folks.
3. what can be done about it.

See what happens. If nothing happens, it be cheaper to join a gym.

I actually did contact them and they came out and fixed it, but honestly it should not have broken and if it breaks again I might fly off the handle...literally!

It is much cheaper to join a gym. I have been working out for over 20 years now and no home machine can ever come close to a regular workout schedule at your local gym.

Yeah but I have a routine at home and I know I will never go to the gym.
