Jen Hi Jen; I live on the westside of the Bronx, not far from Van Cordlandt Park. I like to go run on Sunday mornings around the track-- if your're interested perhaps you like to join me sometime.

Thanks for the response! I live over by the Bronx Zoo, but know the Riverdale area well. A walk or run (not sure how well i will keep up haha) around the track sounds nice! Maybe we can arrange for that one day :) Hope you have a great day! ~Smile its Friday~ :D

Hey Jen; Sounds good, now that the weather is getting cooler, exercising outdoors should be more comfortable. I'll be training outdoors until probably the end of November or until it hits about 40 degrees, let me know. In the meantime if you're interested in attending a cooking class, possibly set for end of the month or nex month, refer to the string "members of a certain age" or if you're interested in joining a group for a hike possibly set for next Sunday, 9/18, refer to the string "anyone for a hike".

I live in the Bronx - In the Fordham/Bedford Park area.
I work in Midtown though, and go to school in the Upper East Side. And shop and hangout in Manhattan :( Wish I had more pals in the BX though.

I'm new to the Lunch Club but also live in the Bronx (Pelham Parkway/Kingsbridge Area).

Has anyone gone to Tosca's in Throggs Neck? It's on East Tremont Ave and has a great atmosphere and vibe. Drinks are pricey (I spent $10 for a Mojito this past Sunday) but the food is good.
