Hello again…
This is the last email, I promise. Here is the plan for Saturday’s Scavenger Hunt in Central Park:
1:45 pm – Meet your teams, get everyone together and come to Cleopatra’s Needle, right behind the Met. Be sure to print your tickets and bring them.
How to get there: Enter Central Park @ 79th St. & 5th Ave. Follow path along museum. Go under Greywacke arch, make a right up to the Needle.
2:00 pm – The hunt STARTS. That means you need to get there at least 10 minutes before to check in, with your team fully formed already. If you’re not coming with a team please be sure to get there by 1:45 to get placed.
2:00 – 4:15 – Hunt in progress.
4:15 – 4:30 – Meet at Gael Pub for grading & party. When the hunt is over, please introduce yourselves to the other teams!
Do not be late, or you will lose precious time.
Please see my other email about photo uploading during the hunt. It’s very important to set that up before, and be sure its working for you.
Please bring: A pen, a clip board to write on.
Travel light. This is an active race and you’ll be on the move for 2 hours!
If you have any questions, just reply and I shall answer. Otherwise, I will see you all by 2 pm on Saturday at Cleopatra’s Needle. The weather is supposed to be beautiful!
